Global Bank seeks a Senior Relationship Manager - SME/Corporate - updated / Banking

Our client is a worldwide bank who holds a healthy position in the Northern Irish & Worldwide market, as the only consultancy on panel for Northern Ireland they have exclusively asked berrisford rsc to search and select a corporate / business banker to work in the SME market covering a broad region from Belfast to Colraine, were the focus will be on wining new to bank business.

Working closely with the area director you will develop new to bank SME relationships, covering a wide geographical area so travel is expected, you will lend predominantly in the SME sector with deals ranging from £200,000 to £10 million +, the bank will support strong sensible deals with an appetite for deals with trading business in the corporate or SME arena, this is a pivotal role you will act as the face for the bank and help drive a clear growth plan for Northern Ireland. This position will suit an experienced lending professional, with 3 - 5 years plus lending experience in the SME or Corporate Banking arena, it is essential you can demonstrate experience in both trading businesses at an SME and Corporate level; you will possess a strong commercial awareness combined with the ability to lead, generate and develop leads, passion for customer service, ability to write detailed credit reports, and interface at all levels of the business community is essential. You can expect a basic Salary around the £35,000 to £38,000 mark, plus company car and a OTE bonus between £10,000 to £15,000 and usual banking benefits, autonomy to lend and develop.
