New Firm seeks a Partner / Financial Advisor / Advisory

My client is an experienced advisor who has approached berrisford rsc to search & selection a complementary advisory partner to based in their new Belfast operation.

As an experienced qualified financial advisor holding all the relevant qualifications including (CAS)/ you will work in total autonomy, with the full admin and back office support.  Typical work will be
1. contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises;
2. conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, current provision and future aims;
3. analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements;
4. designing financial strategies;
5. providing clients with information on new and existing products and services;
6. assisting clients to make informed decisions;
7. talking to groups and individuals about personal finance;
8. researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products;
9. promoting and selling financial products to meet given or negotiated sales targets;
10. negotiating with product suppliers for the best possible rates;
11. liaising with head office and financial services providers;
12. liaising with other professionals, such as estate agents, solicitors and valuers;
13. keeping up to date with financial products and legislation;
14. maintaining detailed records to comply with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (FSA);
15. producing financial reports;
16. contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments;
17. preparing and sending out annual summaries of investment and pension and cost details to clients.

Suitability Outline:

This position will suit an experienced financial advisors who has a current client bank and is keen to join forces with a professional partner in Belfast, you must hold (CAS) and other relevant advisory qualifications, and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in providing professional financial advice. You can expect a tailored partnership agreement that suits the successful and desired candidate.
