£25,000 to £28,000 + benefits / Isle Of Wight

The banking group we are working with hold a strong global position, given their current financial strength and reputation they now seek a high calibre financial advisor to join their team on the Isle of Wight at manager level.

As a high calibre and experienced financial advisor you will provide a holistic financial planning approach providing the best in class advice and service to both new and existing customers by identifying customer needs, and where appropriate, selling products and services to achieve the branch networks targets through the sale of life, pension & investment products, you will be expected to cross sell a range of bank products calling on specific teams to ensure accurate information is provide at all times ensuring that all compliance needs are met and recorded as necessary. The position will suit an experienced financial advisor with a strong and successful sales background who holds CAS and all relevant financial qualifications it is essential that you can demonstrate a track record of providing the highest level of customer service and evidence of providing pensions & investment advice in a bank / bancassurance environment and are able to communicate both verbally and in writing clearly and accurately, you will be the type of advisor that is continually developing their qualifications to meet current regulatory and future regulatory requirements, you will also hold a full driving licence. You can expect a salary c£25,000 to £28,000 + banking benefits that meet this leading role.

Essential Criteria:

Must live on the Isle of Wight/ within 45mins of base

Achieves a minimum of 3-5 sales per week, who consistently sees 15 appointments per week
