Group of Companies seeks a Accountant / Industry

c£28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience / Antrim.

Our client is a locally owned, highly entrepreneurial group of companies that cover a variety of sectors. The business has grown both organically and through acquisition over the last few years and they now want to strengthen their finance team by recruiting a dynamic Accountant to join the organisation.

As the Accountant you will report to the group financial controller and have full responsibility all financial issues for several companies within the group.
The key duties will include:-

· The production of monthly management accounts for all companies
· The production of the group's VAT returns, Budgets, forecasts and key Performance Indicators
· The management of the Finance Team ( 4 members of Staff )
· The management of intercompany accounts
· The ongoing development of financial systems and projects

The suitable candidate will be a technically strong qualified or part qualified Accountant (ACA, ACMA or CIMA) with a proven track record working in a fast moving environment within industry. The role will suit outgoing candidates who are self motivated and can work with limited supervision.
